Phil Stewart, RPP, MCIP is a Registered Professional Planner and member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. Since graduating from Ryerson University’s ‘School of Urban and Regional Planning’ he has successfully pursued his passion in ‘helping people shape living, working and public spaces®’ by unlocking development and redevelopment values in pursuit of more complete urban communities.
Aside from the firm’s historical knowledge and practical planning ‘know-how’ we also achieve success with our trademarked CITYPLAN•PORTAL®. Our internet-based GIS application is an innovative, interactive & user-friendly way to visually source, rapidly analyze and process public policy and regulatory based planning information as used by the Federal, Provincial, and Municipal governments, and those agencies that regulate the growth and development of our communities. Another way we serve client’s is through ‘AERIAL PORTFOLIO SERVICES’ our aviation-based geo-imaging and land information data systems.
